1 General Introduction

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the win zone platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of win zone or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without win zone's prior written consent.

All content from game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, etc.) is fully protected under the intellectual property rights of those respective providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

Win Zone is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the member's own actions or by a third party.
• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account information by a third party due to the member's own negligence.

In all circumstances, Win Zone's maximum liability is limited to the real-money balance in the member's account. Win Zone is not responsible for bonuses, potential winnings, or indirect losses.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Win zone reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, win zone will notify members at least 7 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of win zone after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.

11 Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the legal framework of Win Zone's licensing authority. Any dispute between Win Zone and a member will first be addressed through direct negotiation.

If a member wishes to raise a complaint, please submit it in writing to the Help Center. win zone will respond within 5 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, the complaint may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority.
